Tai Njio is the founder of Progressive Creations LLC, the umbrella for her 3 successful businesses. These were born and thrived as a results of her deep passions, motivation, learning, growth and a go for it attitude. Each one building upon the other. Each one adding an integral part to her evolution into what she now creates results with:

Tai Njio is the founder, coach, trainer and leader at Lighten Up And Live.
Here she brings to you her years of practice with intuition, the power of focus, business coaching, seminar teaching, business development and  entrepreneurial experiences. She meets individuals, entrepreneurs, teams and organizations at their exact level of challenge and point for growth and moves them beyond to greater possibilities. She takes the issues or desired goals and clears, aligns and refocuses to get you to be on track and getting results. 

 

Going deep to the root causes to eliminate them; and going to the deep truths to illuminate them.
 

Tai Njio's current services developed out of key tools that gave her repeated results:

  • training and practicing coaching methods she learned with CTI - the Coaches Training Institute
  • 5 training intensives with Peak Potentials including Train the Trainer and Guerilla Business School
  • teaching over 75 life changing seminars from which she gained her confidence to lead and train
  • 10 years of practicing and teaching the 5000 year old  technique she leaned from Dr. Kam Yuen
  • development of highly refined intuition to see underlying causes and issues affecting an entity
  • power of focus to clear issues, emotions, blocks within minutes and create desired outcomes
  • incredible unconscious and conscious manifesting in both personal and professional arenas
  • building and managing businesses for herself and several other companies


She is the founder of Instant Energetics, a business that she ran for 10 years as a Certified Yuen Method Practitioner and Trainer. Here she worked with clients to clear their personal and professional issues and energetically strengthened them to what they wanted. She then organized, lead and taught levels I, II & III of the Yuen Method to groups internationally.

  •  working with over 2800 clients in her full private practice 
  •  teaching 75 plus seminars throughout the US and Canada to groups of 20-80 people
  •  repeated 50% sign up rate from lectures and intorductory classes she leads

HER PASSIONS 

A passionate, visionary and adventurous woman, Tai creates her amazing life. She loves to travel and experience the culture, food, styles and lifestyles of other countries and immerse herself with its people. She was born and raised in the lavender fields of Southern France running with the wild horses in the Camargue and listening to and watching the gypsies play music, sing and dance. At the age of 7 she immigrated to the USA.

During part of her 35 years in the USA she raised a beautiful son, all the while following her inner and outer passions that led her through many empowering experiences of business, French gardening, dance, arts, fashion, entrepreneurship, trainings with masters, and oh...so much more. She spent 7 years sailing the Caribbean on her 40’ catamaran with her French-Moroccan partner, Pierre. She recently spent 2 1/2 years living on the Caribbean coast of Mexico co-developing and building homes in the jungle with the Mayas, while learning about their history, culture and the simplicities of life. Back in the US, she is expanding her work and connection to community.
